We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented AI & Community Content Marketing Manager to elevate our AI expertise through video, podcast, blog, and social content. The AI & Community Content Marketing Manager will own the execution of our community content engine—starting with a video podcast as the primary source—and translate conversations with product leaders, engineers, customers, and other experts into a wide range of strategic assets that drive brand awareness, education, and engagement.

This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and product storytelling. You'll partner closely with the community team, product management & engineering, and marketing to create content that reflects Automation Anywhere's deep expertise, our innovation and momentum of the AI + automation movement.

Outcomes: What You'll Do in This Role

In the first 90 days, you will:

  • Stand up a repeatable workflow for producing the video podcast, including planning, guest coordination, production, editing, and publishing.

  • Develop a repurposing system that transforms each podcast episode into blog posts, social clips, internal enablement, and community content.

  • Audit existing content channels and community programs to identify strategic content opportunities and gaps.

  • Build collaborative relationships with the community team, product management & engineering, and marketing to align messaging and co-create content.

  • Complete product training to deepen understanding of platform and build one demo video.

In your first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Operationalize a full content lifecycle around the video podcast—pre-production, distribution, and multi-format repurposing.

  • Create community and release-aligned content (e.g., feature demo videos, thought leadership blogs, community member interviews.)

  • Build a content calendar tied to product releases and launches, community and learning initiatives, and/or other strategic organizational initiatives.

  • Define KPIs for content performance and continuously optimize based on audience engagement and channel analytics.

Core Competencies: Who We're Looking For

  • Content Marketing Pro: 5+ years of experience managing editorial workflows across video, audio, and written content.

  • Editing Expert: Experienced with editing videos and podcasts. Familiarity with Descript, Stream Yard, Davinci Resolve and Camtasia (or similar tools) is a plus.

  • Strategic Repurposer: Skilled at transforming long-form content into snackable, platform-specific assets that perform across blog, social, and email.

  • Collaborative Creator: Adept at working cross-functionally with subject matter experts, product teams, and community leaders to develop meaningful content.

  • Excellent Storytelling: Strong writing and editing skills; able to shape compelling narratives from complex topics.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable setting KPIs, measuring performance, and iterating content based on what resonates.
