Role Overview
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll own everything from SEO and content strategy, to market research, messaging, and building the demand engine. You'll work closely with the Founder, Product, and Growth teams to shape how DecisionX shows up in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product narratives, value props, and differentiators that resonate with enterprise GTM buyers.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Own keyword research, on-page SEO, and blog/editorial calendar to drive organic growth.
- Website & Landing Pages: Write and optimize high-converting copy for , ensuring it communicates value crisply and clearly.
- Market Research: Track competitive intelligence, category trends, and customer insights to sharpen GTM motion.
- Demand Generation: Collaborate on campaigns (organic + paid), lead magnets, gated content, and nurture journeys.
- Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and ROI calculators for customer-facing teams.
- Product Launches: Coordinate internal and external communication for new feature releases and updates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure campaign performance, organic traffic, lead quality, and MQL impact.
Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong writing chops — from positioning statements to long-form SEO blogs.
- Solid grasp of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Experience working with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, etc.).
- Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, clear messaging.
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, , Surfer, etc.) to automate demand and growth workflows — from content creation to personalization, lead generation, or analytics.
- Data-savvy — able to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable insights.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience marketing to GTM teams (Sales, RevOps, Marketing).
- Exposure to tools like HubSpot, GA4, Mixpanel, or Apollo.
- Familiarity with category creation, narrative design, or PLG motions.
- Passion for AI, SaaS, and early-stage brand building.
