Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Strategist role located in Noida. The Content Strategist will be responsible for conceptualizing and managing content strategies, overseeing content creation and development, and ensuring content aligns with the organization's goals. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing web content, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves facilitating content publication workflows and contributing to innovative educational materials for healthcare professionals.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Plan, script, and produce high-quality Instagram content-Reels, Stories, Carousels, UGC-style
  • videos, product explainers, behind-the-scenes, and live sessions.
  • Be the face of the brand: confidently appear on camera for videos, product demos, campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Manage end-to-end production: ideation → shoot setup → recording → editing → posting.
  • Build a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling style across all content.

Growth & Strategy

  • Identify new trends, formats, and viral content opportunities on Instagram.
  • Experiment with hooks, thumbnail styles, CTAs, and
  • storytelling frameworks to improve reach and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Content Strategy and Content Management
  • Strong skills in Content Development and Writing
  • Experience with Web Content Writing and creating digital learning resources
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or healthcare industry is an advantage
