Location – Noida Sector 67 (This is work from office role)

Shift – Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Content Strategist Role Implies** (This is a 360 degree Content role):

Below work flow:

• Have to write content on Company website, blogs, catalogues, marketing materials, brochures, flyers, social media, ecommerce (Amazon etc.), reels, canva, ppt, events, etc.
• SEO – Have to write content customizing SEO keywords also.
• Reels - Have to be part of Reels too.
• Copywriting – Have to write some catchy lines to stir the reader's soul.
• We are a multifaceted organization including Manufacturing, Construction, FMCG, IT and Café, have to write content based on the requirements from each vertical.

Role Overview

As a Content Strategist at GlocalView, you will drive the development and execution of content strategies across digital and print platforms — including web, social media, email, and marketing collateral.

Your primary goal will be to enhance brand messaging, SEO performance, and communication consistency. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to create impactful content frameworks and deliver high-quality outputs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for websites, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

• Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for web pages, blogs, newsletters, social media, and print materials.

• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities — including keyword research, content audits, and optimization for visibility and engagement.

• Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners; manage editorial calendars and ensure timely project delivery.

• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools; drive improvements for traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.

• Oversee content for product packaging, legal copy, T&Cs, and policy documents.

• Support internal and external communications as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 7 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or communications.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a demonstrated portfolio of published work.

• In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools.

• Proven ability to produce both digital and print content while maintaining brand consistency.

• Excellent multitasking and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Meticulous attention to detail, especially for compliance-related content.

• Working knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva or similar platforms.

Good to Have

• Experience working with niche or D2C brands (F&B, lifestyle, etc.).

• Multilingual writing skills (English, Hindi, etc.).

• Experience mentoring or guiding junior writers.

• Proficient in Power Point Presentation (PPT) and open to be part of reels for projects.
