Role Overview

We're looking for a
Creative Strategist
who's obsessed with ideas, marketing, and content that actually performs. You'll be responsible for thinking, writing, and building creative campaigns for All Day, High Decibels and it's brands across paid ads, reels, and social media.

This role is perfect for someone who spends their time watching ads, breaking down what makes them work, and constantly thinking "I could've made that better."

What You'll Do

  • Write and develop creative ad scripts, campaign ideas, and short-form content.
  • Work with our design and video team to turn ideas into high-performing creatives.
  • Research what's trending across fashion, music, and pop culture and use it to build content that fits our brand.
  • Build creative directions for new collections, campaigns, and social drops.
  • Track what performs well and double down on what works.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who gets what makes good content work.
  • Great at writing. Short, punchy, and scroll-stopping.
  • Understands marketing and psychology (why people click, buy, or care).
  • Comfortable experimenting, learning fast, and thinking beyond the usual.
  • Passion for music, culture, and design.

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience creating ad campaigns or managing social media.
  • Have written, shot, or edited short-form videos yourself, personal branding etc.
  • Have a habit of studying brands, not just consuming them.
