Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Finance Manager
to lead core accounting functions with a strong focus on
Accounts Receivable
,
Reconciliations
, and
Regulatory Compliance (GST & TDS)
. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, process discipline, and hands-on expertise in
Advanced Excel
, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end
Accounts Receivable
process including invoicing, collections, and ageing.

● Perform regular
Customer ledger reconciliations
and ensure collections.

● Ensure timely
GST and TDS filings
, including interbrand GST calculations.

● Analyze financial data and reports using
advanced Excel functions
(VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).

● Ensure 100% entry posting, timely book closure (WD+7) for all customer accounts, prepare rollforward pre-closure and BS reconciliation post closure.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct financial transactions and avoid recovery delays

● Assist in audit processes by providing workings, schedules, documentation

● Implement and improve internal
financial controls and compliance processes
.

● Make this as scope expansion (optional and performance driven): Review and process
Accounts Payable
transactions and vendor payments.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). ● 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret financial data and trends. ● High attention to detail with accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

● High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information.
