Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include financial planning and analysis, reporting, auditing, and liaising with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial planning, financial analysis, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience with budgeting, auditing, and financial compliance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA is a plus
