Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Executive/Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Collection Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing credit control and debt collection processes, communicating with clients, analyzing financial data, and ensuring timely recovery of payments. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring accounts, contacting customers for overdue payments, and coordinating with other departments to resolve outstanding issues.

  • Credit Control and Debt Collection skills
  • Strong Communication and Analytical skills
  • Finance knowledge and experience
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the housing finance or financial services industry is a plus
