Job Description: Field Collection Executive

We are currently seeking a Field Collection Executive to join our team. As a Field Collection Executive, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts from our clients' customers in a timely and professional manner. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:
Contacting customers who have overdue payments and initiating the debt recovery process.

Visiting customers' premises to collect outstanding payments.

Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers.

Updating and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.

Providing regular reports on the status of collection activities.

Resolving customer queries and addressing any concerns they may have regarding their outstanding debts.

Adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines related to debt collection practices.

Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth collection process.

**Requirements**:
Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certificate is a must.

Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle for transportation purposes.

Local resident with a good geographical knowledge of the assigned area.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in field collection is required.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations and work under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from 18,000 to 20,000 INR per month, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, there is an opportunity to earn incentives based on performance.
