Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and achieving ambitious sales targets within the finance sector.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management:- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives.- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies.- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.- Monitor sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.- Negotiate and close deals with clients.Reporting & Analysis:- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Track key metrics and report on progress towards sales MBA in Finance/Marketing or a related field.Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales management within the finance industry (e.g., lending, insurance, investment Proven leadership and management skills with a strong track record of success in achieving sales targets.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic (ref:iimjobs.com)
