Role Description

We are looking for a
skilled E-commerce SEO Specialist
with
2–5 years of experience
to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
technical SEO, on-page optimization, and promotional SEO strategies
tailored for e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for boosting
organic traffic, improving product/category rankings, and driving conversions
through data-driven SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Optimize
    product and category pages
    for maximum visibility and organic growth.
  2. Conduct
    technical SEO audits
    to identify and resolve crawl, indexing, and site performance issues.
  3. Research and implement
    high-value transactional and long-tail keywords
    .
  4. Create and optimize
    meta titles, descriptions, structured data, and schema markup
    for rich snippets.
  5. Develop and execute
    link-building and off-page strategies
    to strengthen domain authority.
  6. Plan and execute
    content promotion campaigns
    across social, blogs, and external platforms.
  7. Track, analyze, and report on
    SEO performance, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics
    .
  8. Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align SEO with business objectives.

Requirements

  1. 2–5 years of SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce websites.
  2. Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  3. Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
  4. Proven track record in improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  5. Solid understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and mobile optimization.
  6. Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Good to Have

Knowledge of local SEO and marketplace SEO (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX for SEO.

Familiarity with automation/reporting in Excel or Google Sheets.
