About the Company:
The client is a dynamic textile brand dedicated to delivering high-quality products and a seamless online shopping experience. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to strengthen our online presence and drive sales across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and the brand's online store, ensuring content hygiene.

  • Coordinate with marketplace category teams for promotions, deals, campaigns, and visibility opportunities to strengthen brand presence.

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, returns management, dispatch coordination, and inventory tracking.

  • Conduct regular catalog audits to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with marketplace standards.

  • Monitor marketplace performance dashboards and sales reports to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with design/creative teams for product images, A content, and banners that enhance brand presentation online.

  • Support in planning and executing online merchandising activities for seasonal launches, festive campaigns, and exclusive collections.

  • Track competitor listings, promotions, and market trends to align Autumn Lane's online strategy.

  • Coordinate with offline retail teams to align product availability, stock replenishment, and promotions across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce operations/marketplace management, preferably in the textile or apparel industry.

  • Strong knowledge of marketplace portals (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.) and order management systems.

  • Skilled in catalog management, online merchandising, and e-commerce reporting.

  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with tools like Magento/Shopify (preferred).
