Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting organizational programs. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers through calls, providing exceptional customer support and driving sales initiatives. The role requires proactive communication and relationship-building skills to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
