**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage the company’s presence on online platforms and marketplaces. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, customer service coordination, and promotional activities across various e-commerce channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage listings and product content on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Handle order processing, returns, and refunds promptly and accurately.
- Analyze product performance and sales data to optimize listings and campaigns.
- Assist in creating and managing promotions, ads, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and updated.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Maintain relationships with platform account managers to resolve issues quickly.
- Prepare regular sales, performance, and inventory reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces and seller panels.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce dashboard tools.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
