**Experience Required: 1-5 years (preferred in e-commerce marketplace management)**

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

**Responsibilities**:
Marketplace Operations:
**Manage and optimize the company’s presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.**

Handle product listings, catalog management, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

**Sales Growth & Strategy**:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and visibility of products.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, such as deals and advertisements.
- Inventory & Pricing Management:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure availability.
- Strategically manage pricing to stay competitive while maintaining profitability.

**Performance Analysis**:
Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates using marketplace dashboards.

Prepare and present reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Customer Experience:
Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve escalations to maintain a high rating.

Handle reviews and feedback to improve product and brand reputation.

Vendor/Marketplace Communication:
Liaise with account managers at Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms to optimize listings and leverage opportunities.

**Compliance & Policies**:
Ensure all listings comply with marketplace regulations and company standards.

Stay updated with platform policies and implement changes accordingly.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
