Responsibility to set -up Green Hydrogen business vertical. - Overseeing the company's hydrogen business unit and developing strategies to grow the company's presence in the hydrogen industryManage the overall P&L of the Green Hydrogen business, growth & EBITDA as per agreed targets - Identifying market opportunities, developing partnerships and ensuring the company's hydrogen products and services are of the highest quality. - Managing a team of professionals to build and operate hydrogen business portfolio, build high performing team - Lead the organization growth plans & achieve targeted top / bottom lines through effective business strategies. - Monitor business performance by measuring & analyzing results, initiating corrective actions & minimizing the impact of variances. - Increases revenues / income & manage operating cost.Skills Required : Financial Planning · P&L Management · Risk Management · New Business Development · Electrolyser manufacturing plant set -up · Hydrogen EPC · Team Building · Business StrategyExperience – 20+ yearsEducation - BTech.
