Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad for a Chemical Sales Representative. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, promoting specialty chemical products, and working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, generating new leads, creating sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. Regular communication and coordination with internal teams, providing technical guidance to customers, and staying updated on market trends are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster effective relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of specialty chemicals and industrial applications such as paints, coatings, construction, textiles, or related fields
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a professional setting
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, prepare proposals, and develop tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in sales pipeline management, client data handling, and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and decision-making skills in a sales environment
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ghaziabad, with a readiness for client interaction and travel as necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field; prior experience in chemical sales or industrial sales preferred
