ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our
growing team to lead our Centre of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and
optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) and Google
Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) for a diverse portfolio of clients.
TOTAL EXPERIENCE: 6 Years+
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 2 Years+
REPORTING TO: Chief of Delivery
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, execute, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
platforms.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives in collaboration with the creative
team.
• Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and
identify areas for improvement.
• Implement data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign performance and achieve client
goals.
• Generate comprehensive reports and insights to track campaign progress and demonstrate
ROI.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product
teams.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience managing and leading the vertical successfully.
• Strong understanding of PPC best practices, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and other advanced analytics
tools.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
