Key Responsibilities:

  • Source school loan leads from open market channels, including private schools, educational institutions, and school administrators.
  • Build and manage a network of connectors such as local influencers, education consultants, and community agents to generate consistent business.
  • Conduct field visits to schools and participate in local education-related events to promote loan offerings.
  • Ensure end-to-end coordination of the loan process including lead generation, documentation, and disbursement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers and connector networks.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to improve product positioning.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in loans, financial services, or School finance.
  • Proven experience in open market sourcing and managing connector-based acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
  • Familiarity with local geography and school networks is a strong advantage.
