Position Purpose
Responsible for generating business and developing the regions growth strategy by selling Canon printer products (Inkjet, Laser) through channel partners.
Education & Experience
- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in channel sales
- Industry Preference: IT Peripherals (Hardware) / Office Automation (OA) Industry

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning
- Create a detailed sales plan and channel blueprint (market reach, expansion, distributor/retailer appointments)
- Set business and promotion targets for distributors
2. Channel Sales
- Expand market reach by appointing new partners and supporting partner-led retailer expansion
- Regular visits to partners, retailers, and store formats to track performance and address issues
- Assign targets to partners and monitor performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to devise programs for target achievement
- Resolve distribution-related issues (marketing, pricing, logistics, etc.)
- Coordinate with training teams to improve partner sales force skills and product knowledge
3. BTL Activities & Issue Resolution
- Ensure effective communication and execution of marketing activities (schemes, promotions, FOS, collaterals)
- Execute direct marketing programs to generate leads
4. Reporting
- Provide monthly reports on plans and achievement
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Gather partner feedback on key initiatives and marketing programs
