Job Summary

Responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their fitness needs, and communicating the

Responsibilities

 Achieve forecasted sales goals by promoting our online fitness subscription services.

 Manage the sales pipeline and proactively source leads through various channels.

 should be able to showcase the features and benefits of our fitness programs, primarily over phone

Calls

 Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their fitness goals.

 On-board new customers and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Skills

 Sales, MS Suite, Negotiation, Deal Closing, Communication, Cross-Sell

Requirements

 Highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

 Experience in inside sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

 Passion for fitness and a good understanding of the online fitness industry.

 Work may involve night shifts and weekend shifts too

 At ease working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
