Google Ads Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Expert with deep experience in managing large-scale e-commerce campaigns. This role is responsible for driving acquisition, optimisation, and ROI across Google Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max for the UK market.
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with high-budget campaigns, and a proven track record of delivering commercial results for large e-commerce businesses.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Manage and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
- Lead keyword expansion, feed optimisation, Smart Bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue, ROAS, and new customer acquisition.
2. Continuous Optimisation
- Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Monitor performance metrics daily to optimise efficiency and cost management.
- Troubleshoot feed issues, Merchant Centre alerts, and data discrepancies.
3. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with UK marketing, analytics, CRO, and product teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support landing page improvements.
- Align paid search strategy with commercial goals and seasonal priorities.
4. Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Present insights, trends, and opportunities to India and UK leadership teams.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term growth planning.
Skills Required -
- Mandatory: Proven success scaling Search, Shopping, and PMax campaigns for high-volume online retailers.
- Mandatory: Strong command of Merchant Centre, feed optimisation, automated bidding, and advanced targeting.
- Preferred: Experience working with UK, US, or European markets and adapting campaigns to international audiences.
- Strong analytical ability; proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, attribution models.
- Experience in subscription or recurring purchase e-commerce is an advantage.
