Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Hiring Partner to join our team in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing the recruitment lifecycle for product, sales and customer experience positions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our innovative travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline for all roles.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline interview processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal standards.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven ability to source and hire for technical and sales roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
