POSITION:
Sales Manager/ Sales Executive (Solution Selling)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Business Solution Selling and Consultative Selling based on software products
- Planning and meeting sales targets
- Executing complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, billing and collections
- Need identification and value proposition
- Mapping decision makers
- Lead generation from multiple sources - Enriching database Conducting customer research,
- Promoting industry-specific solutions (focus on BFSI and tech-driven industries)
- Account Management Developing and leveraging customer relationships
- Creating thought-leadership content for delivering compelling sales pitches
- Organizing Product Demos with the help of pre-sales team
- Other selling traits required for hunting & conducting effective sales.
QUALIFICATION
Engineering/ MBA degree
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4+ years experience.
DESIRED PROFILE
- Experience in Selling Software Solution Products in Banking, NBFC, Insurance preferred
- Enthusiastic and optimistic personality
ESSENTIAL
- Very good in verbal and written communication
- Very good in presentations skills
- Highly passionate and result oriented
- Field sales experience of closing medium to large size solution sales
