Position : Sales and Service Engineer ( Fresher)

Experience Required: Fresher to 3 Years of Experience

Salary Negotiable : From 12000 to 35000 PM

Job Location : Gota, Ahmedabad

Job Description :

  • Provide technical support, installation, commissioning, and servicing of products at customer sites.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle pre-sales and post-sales activities, including demonstrations, trials, and resolving customer queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical issues and customer support.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain documentation for customer visits and service activities.
  • Travel to client locations as required (local and outstation).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics & Communication (EC), or Instrumentation & Control (IC).
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Service, or Technical Support roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, control panels, instruments, or industrial equipment.
  • Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as per job requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹35,000.00 per month
