**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify potential customers in the B2C market and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate customer requirements, assess feasibility, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- **Customer Engagement and Support**:

- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Use strong convincing skills to promote solar products and services.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the solar industry.
- Gather and analyse competitor and customer data to develop effective sales strategies.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- MBA in Sales & Marketing, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or B.E/M.E in Electrical Engineering or Any Graduate.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the B2C sales.
- **Skills Required**:

- Proven sales and negotiation skills.Strong communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
- Expertise in market research and understanding of B2C dynamics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
