Job Title: Sales and Service Engineer – Laser Cutting Industry

Location: Western Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply)

Job Summary:

The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical support for laser cutting machines and related equipment. This role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with on-site technical service, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the laser cutting and fabrication industry.
  • Meet sales targets by promoting laser cutting machines, tools, and accessories.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and follow up on leads.

Service Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot laser cutting machines at customer sites.
  • Provide technical training to customers and internal teams.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Respond to service requests promptly and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain service records and report recurring issues to the engineering team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical
  • Experience in sales, service, or support of laser cutting or CNC machines.
  • Strong knowledge of laser cutting technology and machine operation.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites for installation, service, and training.
  • Problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
