From installation and commissioning to real-time troubleshooting and customer satisfaction, you will be the face of PressureJet on the ground. The role involves frequent travel, rapid response handling, and working closely with our internal teams to maintain our commitment to excellence. If fixing complex machinery gets your gears turningthis role is made for you.Key Responsibilities:Installation & Commissioning: Set up high-pressure plunger pump systems at client sites, ensure full functionality, and collect NPS feedback post-completion (Target > 8).Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle service requests via phone and in-person visits; perform root cause analysis and deliver long-term solutions.Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct preventive maintenance (AMCs) and address breakdowns both onsite and at HQ; prepare detailed service reports.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Purchase, Design, Dispatch, and Sales teams to ensure timely spare availability and issue closure.Documentation & SOPs: Maintain service records, prepare SOPs, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing (RCA reports, spares tracking).Required Skills and Competencies:Technical Expertise:High-pressure pump system installation, maintenance, and diagnosticsStrong mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with CAD drawings, MS Office, and ERP/CRM platformsSoft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsConflict resolution and client handlingDocumentation and analytical thinkingPhysical & Situational Requirements:Comfortable with traveling 2022 days/month across India (occasional overseas visits)Willingness to carry tools/spares to remote locations and perform field service tasksAbility to supervise technicians/helpers during service operationsWhat Makes You Our Perfect Match?Experience:1+ year in a mechanical service or field support roleQualification:Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production EngineeringKnowledge:Understanding of high-pressure pump systems, customer service norms, and RCA methodsBasic knowledge of ERP & reporting toolsWhy Youll Love Working with Us:Hands-On Impact: Directly contribute to customer satisfaction and technical excellenceDynamic Exposure: Every day is different, every problem uniqueno two jobs are the sameGrowth Opportunities: Upskill across technical, documentation, and coordination capabilitiesGlobal Presence: Opportunity to travel and service clients worldwideStrong Culture: Work in a collaborative, technically sound, and growth-driven team"Become a part of PressureJet Systems and embark on a journey of innovation and impact.
