  1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  2. Over all Responsibility of Installation Commissioning on site, Warranty service & Paid Service Execution

  3. KEY RESULT AREAS

  4. On time Visit to Customer as per Plan

  5. On time Installation of New Machine
  6. On time attending Service
  7. Recommending changes to Design

  8. Timely reporting

  9. PRINCIPAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  10. Installation as per information given Plan by Service Manager

  11. Attend Service calls as per given by Service Manager
  12. Attend Breakdown calls Given by Service Manager
  13. Customer follow-up for spare orders and AMC.
  14. Outstanding follow-up for Service orders
  15. Submit Daily Visit report to Service Manager after completion of Installation and commissioning and Warranty Service.
  16. Submit Daily call report (DCR) to Service Manager.
  17. Update status of installation commissioning to Service Manager
  18. Submit voucher every 10 days for approval
  19. Resolve customer complaint on phone
  20. Give request for replacement of parts under warranty / out of warranty
  21. Follow-up with Spares department for under warranty parts
  22. Participate in complaint related meeting with QC and Design department
  23. Recommend changes in current design in line with machine maintenance aspects
  24. Maintain service kit provided by company

  • Knowledge of Pharma machine manufacturing process
  • Knowledge of ERP
  • Knowledge of local language (Optional)
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting method
  • Good communication skill (Verbal/ Email)
  • Knowledge of installation procedure
  • Knowledge of Machine application
  • Knowledge of Pharma Installation procedures and tests
  • Knowledge of pharma company guidelines to be followed during installation
