Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, located in Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Kutcch, Varodra. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, conducting maintenance and repair tasks, and offering technical support to clients. Daily tasks include conducting on-site visits to diagnose and fix technical problems, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
