Responsibilities:

  • Product Training for Health Insurance & Wellness - Design and deliver training programs on health insurance products to new and existing employees, agents, and channel partner employees.
  • Behavioral Training for Sales and Non-Sales Employees - Design and implement customized behavioral training programs that address the specific needs of both sales and non-sales staff.
  • Campus recruitment - To handle Campus training & strategy - Pre and post onboarding.
  • BQP License Exam Preparation - Develop comprehensive preparation programs to help employees, agents, and channel partners successfully qualify for the IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) license exams.
  • Content Creation for Training and Awareness - Create and maintain product comparison tools and concise, criteria-based product one-pagers for the sales teams ready reference.
  • To be able to publish and manage a quarterly L&D calendar.
  • Product Training for Health Insurance & Wellness.
  • Plan calendarized visits within and outside of Mumbai (PAN India) for employees / agents / channel partners
  • Conduct industry benchmarking for various HI & Wellness products
  • To be able to manage a team and prior team handling experience is preferred.
  • Share monthly analytics & dashboards for Management review

Qualification:

  • Graduation or MBA/PGDM (Specialization in Human Resources)
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance products and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
  • Proficiency in using multimedia tools and e-learning platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Prior team handling experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively.
