Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Indore. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, handling job postings and applicant tracking, and maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The role also involves building a talent pipeline and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.

  • Skills in Job Posting Management and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Ability to Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills for Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
  • Knowledge of Recruitment Best Practices and Employment Law
  • Experience in using Recruitment Software and Tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
