About the Role

We are seeking a
Technical Recruiter
to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across engineering, product, and IT functions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand hiring needs, design effective recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    for technical positions (software engineering, data science, DevOps, QA, IT, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to
    define role requirements
    , job descriptions, and hiring criteria.
  • Use innovative
    sourcing techniques
    (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate
    technical interviews
    , assessments, and feedback sessions with hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics using
    ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
    .
  • Ensure a
    positive candidate experience
    through timely communication and transparency.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to refine
    employer branding
    and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with
    industry trends, compensation benchmarks
    , and best practices in technical recruitment.
