Role Overview

The HR Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical recruitment for various roles including developers, engineers, and other tech-related positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical hiring, sourcing strategies, and the ability to innovate and improve hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    end-to-end technical recruitment
    — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer closure and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define role expectations.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Evaluate candidates'
    technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
    .
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and reports.
  • Innovate and streamline hiring processes for better turnaround time and candidate experience.
  • Build a strong network and talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in tech hiring and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in
    technical recruitment
    (preferably in a startup or tech-based organization).
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and technologies (React, , Java, Python, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
