Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a blend of technical hiring expertise and vendor management experience.
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, coordinate with IT staffing vendors, and ensure seamless compliance and employee engagement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for IT & non-IT positions.
- Handle onboarding, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with staffing vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Prepare HR reports, performance data, and vendor scorecards.
Required Skills:
- HR Operations & IT Recruitment
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Compliance Knowledge (PF, ESIC, HRMS)
- Strong Communication & Analytical Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
