Position: HR – IT & Vendor Management

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a blend of technical hiring expertise and vendor management experience.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, coordinate with IT staffing vendors, and ensure seamless compliance and employee engagement across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment for IT & non-IT positions.
  • Handle onboarding, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and ensure timely invoice processing.
  • Prepare HR reports, performance data, and vendor scorecards.
