Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interview rounds.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Keep track of recruitment metrics ( time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations during the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (13 years) as an IT or Technical Recruiter (agency or corporate).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
