Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for in-house positions as well as client requirements.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly recruitment reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field (preferred: HR, Business Administration, or related).
  • Proven experience in recruitment (IT and Non-IT preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work in a team environment.

Schedule:

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Days: Monday Friday

Week Offs: All Sundays + 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month
