Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive, located in Ahmedabad/Bhavnagar. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient project execution, coordinating with team members, and maintaining communication with clients and partners. Tasks include managing data collection processes, analyzing operational performance, resolving operational issues, and implementing strategies for process improvement. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for process improvement and issue resolution
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills for team coordination and client interaction
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Relevant experience in project management and operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
