Key Responsibilities

1) Gather and validate operational data from
SAP, BMS, EMS
and related systems.

2) Perform detailed
Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGS)
and
Cost of Sales
calculations; prepare executive summaries and highlight cost reduction opportunities.

3) Conduct
performance monitoring & analysis
– availability, yield, quality, and cycle time across manufacturing equipment.

4) Lead
incident investigations
to identify root cause losses and drive corrective actions.

5) Establish
benchmarks
in collaboration with plant teams and process engineering.

6) Perform
trend analysis
of equipment, utilities, and energy consumption; flag variances and risks.

7) Implement
risk analysis and change management
initiatives to improve plant reliability.

Qualifications

1) Degree in
Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy
or related discipline.

2)
5–7 years' experience
in pharmaceutical manufacturing, operations finance, or performance improvement.

3) Proven track record in
manufacturing cost accounting, OEE improvement, or equipment reliability projects
.

4) Hands-on experience with
ERP (SAP, SAP PM/ MM/ PS )
; strong ability to extract and interpret data.

5)
Advanced Excel skills
and strong analytical mindset.
