Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of Mining Executives working on-site.
  • Monitor fleets (trucks, excavators, and mining equipment) using KiarX live tracking tools.
  • Ensure driver discipline, adherence to shift timings, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Track real-time fleet activity (movement, idle time, utilization, fuel consumption) and escalate irregularities.
  • Maintain effective communication with field executives and drivers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on fleet performance, driver behavior, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve hardware/software issues quickly.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving field execution and fleet productivity.
  • Assist management in planning and deploying resources effectively across mining sites.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree/PGDM, Operations, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet management, or mining support (Freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and monitoring skills.
  • Ability to manage field teams and ensure task completion.
  • Familiarity with GPS/live-tracking systems, fleet dashboards, and digital monitoring tools.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is compulsory.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to prepare performance reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers, executives, and management.
  • Willingness to occasionally visit mining sites for audits and checks.
