Job Description:

We are seeking an
Operations Executive
to join our team. This role involves ensuring smooth operations and supporting the front office by handling data, managing records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client records with accuracy.
  • Process investment documentation and paperwork.
  • Coordinate with the founder to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Handle email and phone correspondence related to operations.
  • Generate reports and summaries for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in financial services or back office operations is a plus.
