Your responsibilities as an Event Operation Executive based in Ahmedabad will revolve around planning and executing various events, ranging from corporate events to product launches and premium weddings. Your daily tasks will involve liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations, overseeing logistics, and staying within specified timelines and budgets. This role demands hands-on involvement in event setup, troubleshooting during events, and conducting post-event evaluations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute various events including corporate events, product launches, and premium weddings - Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless event operations - Oversee logistics and ensure events stay within specified timelines and budgets - Hands-on involvement in event setup, troubleshooting, and post-event evaluations Qualifications Required: - Strong event planning and management skills - Experience in logistics management and vendor coordination - Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities - Effective communication and client management abilities - Proficient budget and timeline management skills - Sharp problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail - Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad - Ideally a bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field - Prior experience in the advertising and marketing industry would be advantageous,
