Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and online
research.
• Communicate with leads to understand their requirements and qualify them for the
sales team.
• Present platform features, benefits, and solutions effectively to
potential customers.
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
• Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or inside sales (preferably in
IT / SaaS / Event Tech industry).
• Confidence in conducting cold calls and client conversations.
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, CRMs, and event technology is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience in event management, IT sales, or B2B platforms will be an added
advantage.
