
Channel Partner Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Identification & Recruitment:Proactively seek out and onboard new channel partners, such as real estate brokers, agents, or other entities, to expand market reach.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing partners, ensuring their ongoing engagement and motivation.
- Strategy & Business Planning:Develop and execute channel strategies, create joint business plans, and set clear sales targets and performance goals with partners.
- Training & Support:Provide comprehensive training on real estate products, USPs (Unique Selling Propositions), and market positioning, along with ongoing support to enhance partner effectiveness.
- Performance Management:Monitor partner sales metrics, generate performance reports, and conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Marketing & Incentives:Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, develop channel partner programs, and design incentive structures to drive demand and boost sales.
- Conflict Resolution:Address and resolve any partner issues or conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive working relationship.
- Market Intelligence:Stay informed about real estate industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and provide necessary support for partner success.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development, ideally within the real estate sector.
- Sales Skills: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel partners.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights to drive strategy.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Market Knowledge: Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and practices is a significant advantage.
