Drive revenue growth across digital and linear TV platforms for premier sporting events like IPL, ICC World Cup, BCCI Bilateral Series etc for the specific set of client. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that exceed targets while cultivating long-term partnerships with marquee clients. Optimize team capabilities and streamline sales operations to maximize business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine integrated sports advertising sales strategies aligned with organizational goals for both Linear TV and Digital platforms.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate team members and ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and fostering professional growth.
  • Lead key sales pitches and negotiations; create compelling, customized proposals that are align with client business objectives and maximize revenue potential.
  • Personally manage and pursue high-priority, marquee accounts while empowering team members to handle junior to mid-tier clients effectively.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with leading brands and agencies, representing JioStar at the highest levels to secure premium sponsorship and advertising deals.
  • Understand client marketing goals to offer integrated advertising solutions that include TV, digital, co-branded content, sponsorships, and more.
  • Utilize market intelligence and internal data analytics to uncover new revenue streams and untapped business opportunities.
  • Regularly forecast revenue and track sales pipeline health; collaborate with team to revise and optimize sales strategies.
  • Oversee deal execution by coordinating cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Traffic, Brand Solutions, and Finance teams to ensure timely campaign launches.
  • Ensure excellent post-sale servicing and activation oversight to drive client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
What you'll bring:
  • Overall experience of 8-12 years in Media (TV or Digital).
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically to address client challenges.
  • A proven track record in maintaining relationships and working with diverse clients in the South Region.
  • Market-savvy with a keen eye for trends, the competitive landscape, and industry insights.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closure skills with experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to develop integrated media solutions that align with client objectives (sports-specific preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for C-suite and senior client interactions.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams (content, marketing, ad ops, research) to deliver client solutions.
