Role Overview

As a Marketing Sales Trainee, you will undergo a 6-month structured training program where you will learn the essentials of sales, distribution, and customer engagement in the sports industry. On successful completion, you will move into a full-time sales role with the opportunity to manage accounts, grow partnerships, and contribute to Cappella's business expansion.

Responsibilities

By the end of the training, you will be able to:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.

· Assist in promoting and distributing existing and new sports brands.

· Support product placement and visibility in partner stores.

· Contribute to achieving sales targets and team goals.

· Participate in product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.

· Use sales tools to identify and prioritize opportunities.
