Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin Intern to support day-to-day office operations across our Bangalore and Delhi offices. This role offers hands-on experience in IT asset management, pantry operations, vendor coordination, travel management, office documentation, and event planning. The intern will help ensure smooth functioning of office activities while building a friendly and collaborative work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Office Environment: Build and maintain a friendly and positive office atmosphere.
  • Pantry & Office Supplies: Manage pantry operations and ensure availability of snacks, beverages, and other office essentials.
  • IT Asset Management: Track, service, and distribute laptops and other office equipment; maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, services, and repairs.
  • Travel & Cab Management: Handle hotel bookings, flight tickets, office cabs, and travel reimbursements.
  • Office Documentation: Manage company documentation, filing, and compliance support.
  • Office Events & Coordination: Assist in organizing office events, festivals, team outings, and celebrations; handle logistics, catering, gifts, and communication.

  • Freshers or interns with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
