Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to pitch our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and client visits as required.

Present and pitch company services (apps, websites, robotics) to clients with confidence and clarity.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.

Achieve sales targets by converting leads into projects.

Maintain proper records of interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales (preferred), or any graduate with strong interest in sales & marketing.

Experience: 0 - 1 year

Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

Proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to confidently visit client locations when required.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
