Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on
Practice Head – Industry 4.0
to lead our Industry 4.0 business for the
India and UAE regions
, based out of our Pune,India headquarters. This role will combine
strategic leadership, solutioning expertise, and customer engagement skills
to drive business growth and successful delivery. You will collaborate closely with our regional sales teams to shape proposals, architect solutions, oversee project delivery, and expand our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Practice & Business Leadership

  • Define and own the
    Industry 4.0 strategy
    for Pratiti Technologies, covering IIoT, Data & AI, AR/VR/XR, and Digital Twin.
  • Support
    sales teams
    with customer acquisition, solution positioning, and proposal development.
  • Build and maintain
    strategic partnerships
    with key technology providers and OEMs.
  • Represent Pratiti at
    industry forums, events, and webinars
    as a thought leader.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

  • Engage with
    CXOs, plant leadership, and building operations heads
    to understand business priorities.
  • Design
    end-to-end solutions
    integrating hardware, software, cloud, and analytics.
  • Create compelling
    business cases and ROI models
    for clients.
  • Lead
    PoCs, pilots, and solution demonstrations
    .

Market Development

  • Monitor
    market trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings
    .
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to influence solution roadmaps.
  • Develop
    vertical-specific offerings
    for target segments in manufacturing and smart infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years
    in technology services, with at least
    5 years in Industry 4.0 leadership
    .
  • Strong exposure to
    IIoT platforms
    (e.g., PTC ThingWorx, Azure IoT, AWS IoT).
  • In-depth knowledge of
    manufacturing processes, digital factory solutions, or smart building automation
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    AI/ML analytics, AR/VR/XR applications
    , and
    Digital Twin implementations
    .
  • Proven
    pre-sales and customer engagement
    expertise.
  • Experience in
    international projects
    , preferably in the
    UAE/GCC markets
    .
  • Strong track record in
    partner management and ecosystem building
    .
