  1. Oversee the delivery of end-to-end manufacturing execution systems (MES) and Industry 4.0 projects across a global client base.
  2. Design scalable, compliant, and future-ready MES solutions that align with ISA-95 and GAMP standards.
  3. Develop strategic Pharma 4.0 plans by integrating IT/OT systems, automation layers, and cloud platforms.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  5. Manage project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication effectively.
  6. Drive performance assessment and continuous improvement using operational KPIs and management indicators.

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and cybersecurity best practices. Essential skills include in-depth knowledge of ISA-95 architecture, proven experience in MES platforms, a strong understanding of Pharma 4.0 frameworks, and expertise in industrial control systems. Secondary skills encompass familiarity with cloud-based MES, data lakes, and AI/ML applications for predictive maintenance.
